Who Qualifies for Refunds

  • Program withdrawal submitted within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of course materials
  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent reasonable access to educational content for more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Program cancellation initiated by FlashKineticGlow due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability
  • Duplicate payment processing errors documented through transaction records
  • Medical or personal emergencies with supporting documentation submitted within 30 days

Each situation is reviewed individually. We don't operate on strict formulas because life doesn't work that way.

Full Refund Scenarios

Early Withdrawal

If you withdraw within 14 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 20% of course content, you're eligible for a full refund minus any administrative processing fees.

Program Cancellation

When we cancel a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a complete refund of all paid fees within 10 business days.

Payment Errors

Duplicate charges or technical payment processing mistakes result in immediate full refunds once verified through our transaction records.

Partial Refund Scenarios

Mid-Program Withdrawal

Withdrawals after the 14-day period but before 50% program completion may qualify for partial refunds based on content accessed and time elapsed.

Medical Circumstances

Documented medical emergencies or personal hardships may qualify for prorated refunds even after significant course completion, evaluated individually.

Program Transfer

If you need to switch to a different program, unused portions of your current enrollment may transfer as credit toward the new program rather than processing as a refund.

Payment Method Processing

Refunds are processed to the original card used for payment. Most card issuers post credits within 5-7 business days, though some banks take longer during high-volume periods.

Bank Transfers

Direct bank transfer refunds require verified account information matching the original payment source. International transfers typically take 10-14 business days to complete.

Digital Wallets

Refunds to digital payment platforms usually process faster, often within 3-5 business days. You'll receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated to your wallet.

Important Considerations

Refunds are not available for programs where you've completed more than 50% of the curriculum or after the official program end date has passed.
Administrative fees of 5% may apply to cover payment processing costs, except in cases of program cancellation by FlashKineticGlow.
Certificate fees and examination costs are non-refundable once you've scheduled or attempted an assessment, regardless of course withdrawal timing.
Group enrollment discounts may affect refund calculations. If one member withdraws from a group registration, standard individual pricing applies to remaining participants.
Course materials, downloads, or resources accessed prior to withdrawal are considered used content and may reduce refund eligibility based on consumption level.
